This Privacy Policy explains how Puget Sound Exterior Pros, a marketing service owned by Kinberg Strategies LLC(“we,” “us”), collects and uses your information when you use pugetsoundexteriorpros.com. Puget Sound Exterior Pros connects homeowners with a licensed contractor partner (named on your confirmation and listed on our Contractor Partners page); Puget Sound Exterior Pros does not itself perform construction services.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email, project address or ZIP code, and information about your roof and project. If you upload photos, we collect those too.

Incomplete requests.As you move through our estimate form, we may save the non-contact answers you've entered (for example, your ZIP code and roof details) before you finish, so we can improve the form and, where you provided an email, send you a single reminder to complete your request. We do not call or text a phone number entered in a form you never submitted — recovery is by email only, and only once.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and measure our advertising. This includes a first-party cookie that stores advertising identifiers (such as a Google click identifier, or “gclid,” and UTM campaign parameters) for up to 90 days so we can understand which ads lead to estimate requests. We also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Call recording

Calls to the phone numbers on this site may be recorded and tracked for quality and to measure our advertising. Because Washington is an all-party-consent state (RCW 9.73.030), you will hear a recording announcement at the start of the call; by continuing the call you consent to the recording.

How we share your information

When you submit a completed estimate request, we share it with the licensed contractor partner matched to your project — identified by name and WA L&I registration on your confirmation and on our Contractor Partners page — so they can contact you and prepare your estimate. We also use service providers — for example, form and lead delivery, email, and text-message providers — who process information on our behalf. We do not sell your information to a list of competing contractors.

Text messages

If you consent, Puget Sound Exterior Pros and your matched contractor partner may contact you by phone and text about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Outbound messages are sent only during daytime hours (8:00–20:00 America/Los_Angeles).

How long we keep your information

We retain lead records, including your consent record, for 5 years to comply with applicable telemarketing and consumer-protection rules, and otherwise for as long as needed for the purposes described here.

Your choices
